White metal Babbitt bearings up to 1500 mm bore size are manufactured. We develop and manufacture the Babbitt bearing as per the drawing and the material specifications required. The white metal Babbitt bearings are centrifugally cast which ensures proper bonding with the bearing steel lining. We have in house team of technicians to undertake inspection of bearings which includes ultrasound test for bonding, hardness test, dimensional inspection, etc.
Rebabbitting of old bearing is undertaken. We use the white metal of the same grade or the grade superior than the original which enhances the life and performance of the white metal bearing after rebabbitting is done.
